Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, ordering, or using any service provided by Skyhostr (including Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Master Reseller, Alpha Reseller, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Domains, or Software Licenses), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not purchase or use our services.

3. Zero Tolerance for Abusive Behavior & Misconduct

At Skyhostr, we treat our customers with respect, and we expect the same in return. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against staff abuse.

• Abusive Language & Misconduct: Any customer using bad language, offensive words, threats, harassment, or disrespectful behavior toward our support representatives via Support Tickets, Live Chat, WhatsApp, Phone, or Social Media will face IMMEDIATE PERMANENT ACCOUNT BAN AND TERMINATION.
• Data Loss on Termination: In the event of an account termination due to abusive behavior or staff harassment, all hosted files, databases, and emails will be permanently deleted without prior backup access or refund.

4. Prohibited Content & Account Suspension

You agree to use Skyhostr services for lawful purposes only. Your account will be immediately suspended or terminated if found engaging in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Hosting Phishing, Fraud, Scam, or Counterfeit websites.
• Distribution of Malware, Viruses, Ransomware, or Hacking tools.
• Sending Unsolicited Bulk Emails (Spamming) or Mass Emailing.
• Hosting Copyrighted / Pirated Material (Nulled scripts, movies, pirated software).
• Executing DDoS attack scripts, Botnets, or CPU/RAM resource abuse that destabilizes servers.

5. Invoices & Overdue Payments

• Renewal invoices are generated prior to your service due date.
• If an invoice is overdue by 3 days, your hosting or server account will be automatically suspended by the billing system.
• Accounts remaining suspended for over 7 days due to non-payment will be automatically terminated and files permanently purged.

6. Backups & Data Responsibility

While Skyhostr maintains automated system backups for disaster recovery, customers are solely responsible for keeping their own offsite backups of all website files and databases. Skyhostr shall not be held liable for any data loss occurring from hardware failure, account suspension, or user error.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

Skyhostr reserves the right to modify, add, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior individual notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
