Refund Policy

2. Why Our Services Are Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital goods and server infrastructure provisioning:

• Upfront Datacenter Costs: Datacenter allocation, IP address reservations, and server hardware resources are committed immediately upon order placement.
• Irreversible Digital Products: Domain Registrations, SSL Certificates, and Software Licenses involve non-reversible third-party registry fees that cannot be refunded back to us.

3. Service Cancellation Policy

You have full freedom to cancel your subscription or service auto-renewals at any time:

• You may submit an immediate or end-of-billing-period cancellation request directly through your WHMCS Client Area at https://client.skyhostr.com.
• Canceling a service stops future renewal invoices from being generated, but does not entitle the user to a refund for past or currently active billing periods.

4. Violations & Misconduct

Accounts that are suspended, banned, or terminated due to Terms of Service (TOS) violations—including malware hosting, phishing, spamming, network abuse, or abusive/disrespectful language toward support representatives—forfeit all rights to any refund or backup retrieval.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Attempting a chargeback or fraudulent dispute via Bank, Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad), or Credit Card gateway will result in immediate, permanent account termination, cancellation of all active services, and reporting to fraud databases.
